Bara Suara Becomes The Main Star At The Symphonesia Viral Concert

JAKARTA - The presence of Barasuara is the audience's most awaited at the Symphonesia Viral: 100% Indonesian Music concert which took place at Graha Bhakti Budaya, Taman Ismail Marzuki, Central Jakarta on Tuesday, December 9.

Meanwhile, the concert, which was led by Erwin Gutawa, carries the concept of performing viral songs from Indonesian musicians who mill and attract the attention of many people on social media.

Barasuara sendiri punya satu lagu viral, Terbuah Dalam Waktu, yang menemukan banyak pendengar setelah ditampilkan sebagai soundtrack film Sore: Istri Dari Masa Depan.

But it wasn't the song that was performed first. Iga Massardi cs opened the appearance with 'Celebrating Fana' and 'Black and Blue'.

After bringing the initial repertoire, Iga told hundreds of viewers, how Erwin Gutawa, who led the orchestra that night, also played a role in the two songs.

"It's an honor for us to be able to play with Mas Erwin again, for the umpteenth time, hopefully this will never be the last time," said Iga.

The first song was titled Celebrating Fana and the second Hitam and Blue. We took it from our third album, where the two songs were filled with the orchestra by Mas Erwin Gutawa," added Iga.

The 40-year-old musician also revealed how Erwin did not allow Barasuara personnel to conduct a preview of the orchestra being worked on.

"And when we heard the recordings, he recorded directly in Prague at that time, not a few of us shed tears, like 'Wow, crazy, it turned out to exceed our expectations.'

That night, Bara Suara was still performing two more songs, 'Pancarona' and 'Wasted In Time'.

Apart from Bara Suara, the Symphonesia Viral: 100% Indonesian Music concert also features Adrian Khalif, Rahmania Astrini, and Barsena Bestandhi.
