The Indonesian Women's Kriket National Team To The Semifinals Of The 2025 SEA Games After Defeating Singapore

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Women's Kriket national team managed to advance to the semifinals of the 2025 SEA Games. The result was confirmed after the team won over Singapore with a score of 79/3(10.0)-31/5(10.0).

The Red-White team performed convincingly in the second match of Group B number T10 which took place at the Asian Institute of Technology, Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani, Bangkok, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

This result is the first victory for the women's team at the 2025 SEA Games after previously being defeated by Thailand in the opening match.

Meanwhile, in the previous match, the Indonesian men's team that fell in the T20 number lost to Malaysia with a score of 75/9(20.0)-78/3(9.0).

That record was their first defeat in Group A of the 2025 SEA Games after beating Thailand's hosts on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 with a 9 wicket lead with a score of 45/7(10.0)-46/1(4.4).

However, the men's team still have a chance to advance to the next round because they will play two preliminary round matches against the Philippines on Thursday, December 11, 2025, and continue against Singapore on Friday, December 12, 2025.
