Adhi Karya Wins Cisumdawu Toll Road Project Package 5A
JAKARTA - PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk won the cileunyi-sumedang-dawuan toll road contract aka Cisumdawu package 5A. The government through the Ministry of PUPR accelerated land acquisition so that the project can run in accordance with the target of completion by the end of 2021.
Director of Operations 1 Adhi Karya A. Suko Widigdo confirmed that this ADHI-coded construction company has won the 60.10 km toll road project.
"So what we just got is the workmanship of Cisumdawu Toll 5A package, we just got a contract," he said in a virtual press conference, Tuesday, May 25.
Not only cisumdawu toll road project, said Suko, Adhi Karya is also following the tender for Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) Ekspress Toll Road.
"Then this year is participating in the investment tender for JORR Ekspress. Then it is expected that by the end of this year we can also participate in the procurement process of construction for JORR Ekspress," he said.
For information, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) will complete construction of cileunyi-sumedang-dawuan (Cisumdawu) toll road by the end of this year. Currently, the construction of the toll road is still hindered by land acquisition issues.
Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) records the development of toll road discussion along 60.1 kilometers (km) built by two parties, namely the government in sections I and II. Meanwhile, PT Citra Karya Jabar Tol (CKJT) in section III-VI. Meanwhile, land acquisition by the government has reached 94 percent while by CKJT has only reached 59.67 percent.
Cisumdawu Toll Road along 60.10 km will be connected to Kertajati Airport Access Toll Road and is expected to be completed completely by the end of 2021 to support the function of West Java International Airport (BIJB) Kertajati.
Ministry of PUPR through Cisumdawu Toll Development Satker, Directorate General of Highways continues to improve coordination to accelerate land procurement. Coordination is carried out with other agencies, namely the West Java Provincial Government, Sumedang Regency Government, National Land Agency (BPN), Regional Police, High Prosecutor's Office, and other relevant agencies
Meanwhile, land acquisition mechanisms to be implemented according to procedures. If there is no land price agreement that has been determined by the independent assessor, consignment or compensation money will be made in court.
