Indonesian Students In Islamabad Support Prabowo's Diplomacy, Strengthen Indonesia-Pakistan Relations

PAKISTAN - President Prabowo Subianto's visit to Pakistan was greeted with full enthusiasm and support from Indonesian students in Islamabad, Monday, December 8.

They have high hopes that this visit will produce strategic cooperation that is beneficial for the national interest, as well as increase the government's attention to diaspora. The students also welcomed Prabowo's diplomatic steps, which coincided with 75 years of harmonious relations between Indonesia and Pakistan.

Ibnu, one of the students expressed his hope that this visit could strengthen relations between the two countries. He hopes that Prabowo's arrival will result in a concrete Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

In addition to supporting foreign political agendas, students also expressed their aspirations regarding the protection and improvement of the quality of Indonesian education diaspora in Pakistan.

They hope that the government's attention, in this case President Prabowo, will increase for students who live far from their homeland.
