Felicia often gets intimidation through the Direct Message (DM) feature on Instagram. It is known from Felicia's upload on Instagram that gives a screenshot of dm conversation with salag one warganet.
In the photo captures a series of bullying sentences thrown out by an account called @cute*****.

The account continues to send terror messages to Felicia Tissue. He even deliberately attacked Felicia Tissue so that her actions would be shown to the public.
The account also allows Felicia to make a report because she believes the impact will make her social media more popular.

Looks like Felicia Tissue's patience is up. He then reported the account to the Singapore police and uploaded his report file on Instagram. The report was made on May 24, 2021.
