Minister Nusron Wants ATR/BPN Evaluation: Register Until It Becomes A Certificate Shorted By 60 Days

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid will evaluate the services of the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

Because, said Nusron, the ATR/BPN service has not been evaluated for 16 years.

"Our service model, right, has never been evaluated for 16 years. Is today's situation with the existing SOP still relevant or not. If it is irrelevant, yes, we will evaluate it," Nusron told reporters after the National Working Meeting (Rakernas) of the Ministry of ATR/BPN 2025 in Jakarta, Monday, December 8.

Nusron revealed that the average service of the Ministry of ATR/BPN processes from registration to certificates which takes about 140 days. In the future, the bureaucratic affairs of land certificates will be shortened to 60 days.

"The average service is, right, processing from the list to the certificate is still between the 140's (days). We will press this, we want people to register until it becomes a certificate, if possible, not more than 60's (days)," he said.

In fact, Nusron also admitted that there have been certificate matters since 2014 that have not been completed. In addition, there are 188,000 ATR/BPN service arrears until November 2025.

"In fact, in our arrears, there is a process that from 2014 until now has not been completed. There were original arrears of 329,000, then it has dropped to 188,000 now. Well, there are 50,000 arrears from 2014 to 2024," explained Nusron.

"The rest is arrears in 2025. So, we ask that it be resolved immediately so that there is an acceleration," he added.
