Strengthen Digital Services, Livin' By Mandiri Record Transaction Value Of IDR 3,220 Trillia

BANDUNG - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) noted that until September 2025 Livin' by Mandiri had recorded more than 35 million users with an increasingly positive growth trend, and the transaction frequency grew 25 percent year on year (yoy), while the transaction value reached IDR 3,220 trillion, an increase of 10 percent.

Bank Mandiri Vice President of Digital Retail Banking Harry Sofri Putranda said strengthening retail digital services is one of the company's focuses through the development of Livin' by Mandiri which is directed to increase the ease of public transactions.

In addition, he assessed that access to efficient digital services plays an important role in supporting daily economic activity.

Customers need fast and practical services. For this reason, we have prepared Livin' by Mandiri so that the transaction process runs simpler and more effectively immediately," he said in Bank Mandiri Media Gathering 2025, Monday, December 8.

Harry said that the adoption of digital services is getting stronger from onboarding, where 91 percent of account openings have been carried out through Livin'.

According to him, this data shows a shift in people's preferences towards services that can be accessed at any time without dependence on branch office networks.

He added that the integration of lifestyle services through the Sukha also expands the Livin' function, making it a multipurpose platform for the needs of travel, entertainment, and purchasing certain products.

In terms of performance, the contribution of digital services to Bank Mandiri's revenue also continues to increase where the Fee based income from digital services was recorded at IDR 5.48 trillion until September 2025, or an increase of 13.3 percent compared to the previous year.

He conveyed that this achievement strengthens the position of independent banks in the digital retail ecosystem and supports strengthening the digital transaction-based economy.

Harry emphasized that the development of Livin' will continue to focus on increasing access and benefits for the community.
