The South Jakarta Silk Tower BSI Office Was Raided By The Masses, Demanding Disbursement Of IDR 10 Trillion Funds
JAKARTA - Alam Sutra Tower, which is located on Jalan Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta, suddenly a riot was raided by a mob who claimed to be from various regions, Monday, December 8. Information obtained at the location, the masses demanded Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) to immediately disburse the promised funds.
Until noon, the masses were still standing in front of the building while waiting for an official response from Bank BSI. However, until this news was revealed, no official statement had been conveyed by the bank regarding the demands.
The mass coordinator, Santoyo, referred to as the resident's Parental Guidance (PG), explained that their arrival was part of an effort to accelerate the disbursement of funds.
"As a society, we are representatives of the owner of funds, the owner of the system, and the owner of global assets. What we know is that these funds were disbursed by the government. There are five "ambera" fund distributions. For today, we have come so that the funds are disbursed first," said Santoyo to VOI at the location, Monday, December 8, 2025.
He emphasized that their demands were addressed directly to Bank BSI to immediately disburse funds which were said to be IDR 10 trillion, as stated in the instructions brought by residents, including:
-Fee for Fund Owners, System Owners, and Global Asset Owners.
- Grants to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.
-A grant to Bank Syariah Indonesia.
-Investment to Beneficiaries.
Santoyo also said that the beneficiaries were residents who were present in the action. He questioned the reasons why the funds claimed to have been prepared by the government had not yet been accessed.
"The government has issued a budget. Why can't we take advantage of it? Until now there has been no disbursement," he added.
Meanwhile, one of the participants in the action admitted that he came because he was promised there would be a disbursement of 'Red and White' aid through BSI.
"We came here because we were promised to disburse the Red and White aid from the government. He said today, and this has been three meetings. The disbursement is here at BSI," he said
Furthermore, the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Pol Nicolas Ary Lilipaly, who met the action participants, had communicated.
"It has been explained that BSI has been transferred to a personal account. So there is no disbursement here, we will coordinate again, this is still a long time," he concluded.
Until now, the community is still waiting for the results of the communication between the Red and White representatives and the BSI Bank.
