Judika's Family In Medan Becomes Flood Victims, Cars And Furniture Of Hanyut House
JAKARTA - The family of singer Judika also felt firsthand the impact of the flood disaster that hit Sumatra. He revealed that his family in Medan was one of the victims who was quite badly affected.
Judika said that her brother, who lives in the Kampung Lalang area, Medan, had to face the flash floods at the end of last November.
"My brother is in Kampung Lalang. So, Medan too... Medan is also very high," he recalled in the South Tangerang area, Sunday, December 7.
The flood submerged his brother's house so that all his property could not be saved. "Everything's car, everything mattress is done, it's... everything has passed, so it's gone, everything has been hit by water," he said.
This personal experience further prompted him to move to help the victims. He understands very well how difficult conditions they have to face.

According to him, the most urgent need for victims at this time is the basic logistics for survival.
"They need guaranteed food, clean water, blankets, clothes, yes, other logistics," he explained.
He also highlighted the difficulty of accessing aid to several isolated areas due to landslides, such as in Sibolga. This is a big challenge for volunteers.
Judika's testimony provides a clear picture of how devastating the impact of this disaster is. Not only claiming property, but also leaving deep trauma.
