Tyson Fury Signs Ring Up Again In 2026
JAKARTA Former WBC heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury hinted at ending his retirement from boxing and ready to return to the ring to fight again next year.
The 37-year-old British fighter nicknamed the King OFTEN revealed the possibility of returning to the ring in a post on social media.
"The king must return to his throne. There is a long and lonely path that I can only take alone, but after a long and tough struggle, irreversibility awaits!" Fury wrote as quoted by Sky Sport.

Fury's promotional team in England, Queensberry, then posted the quote to their official social media accompanied by a picture of Fury sitting on the throne.
Fury insists his career in boxing officially ended in January 2025 after he suffered defeat against Oleksandr Usyk in a world heavyweight title race the previous month.
Prior to that, Fury lost to Usyk first when they boarded the ring for the undisputed world championship belt which took place in May 2024.
This is not the first time Fury has insisted on stepping down from this sport. He did so in April 2022 after defeating Dillian Whyte. At that time he insisted that his career in boxing was officially over.
However, he then returned six months later to fight Derek Chisora in a trilogy match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London, England.
Previously, promoter Anthony Joshua (AJ), Eddie Hearn, was optimistic that the duel between his client and Fury could still be realized which might be held next year. However, AJ must first stop Jake Paul on December 19, 2025, in Miami, Florida.
Hearn revealed that Joshua is in talks with Turkey Alalshikh, Chairman of the Saudi Arabian General Entertainment Authority, regarding a multi-match battle deal that could involve a fight against Fury.
"I believe Fury is a competitor and the fight is in sight for him now. So, there is no reason. The only reason is that I don't want to do it again," he said.
