Stranas PK Calls Digital Procurement Vulnerable To Manipulation: This Is A Battlefield, You Can't Lose!

YOGYAKARTA - Coordinator of the National Corruption Prevention Strategy (Stranas PK) Aminudin emphasized that the procurement of digital-based goods and services did not then close the gap for corruption. Efforts to manipulate are still happening so that this condition is considered a battlefield.

This was conveyed by Aminudin, who also serves as Acting Deputy for Prevention of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) when giving a speech at the Launch of the Catalog Version 6 e-Audit Feature. The activity is part of welcoming World Anti-Corruption Day (Hakordia) 2025 on December 9.

Present at the launch of this catalog were KPK Deputy Chairperson Agus Joko Pramono, BPKP Chairman M. Yusuf Ateh, LKPP Chair Sarah Sadiqa to Yogyakarta Mayor Hasto Wardoyo.

"We have to be honest that the procurement of goods and services sectors are still a battlefield. The battlefield is in the context of eradicating corruption," Aminudin said at the Yogyakarta City Hall office, Monday, December 8.

Aminudin said digitalization made the mode of corruption continue to develop and adapt. "Especially in the procurement of goods and services. We must not lose, we must not be wrong, and must not lose quickly with those who try to take advantage of the existing system commission and regulations situation," he said.

They are now hiding behind the advanced digital system, manipulating allocations and playing prices outside. So the data we analyzed and we found, even though our system has been digitized, it turns out that they are using advanced. We can't lose to them," continued Aminudin.

The version 6 e-Audit feature has the main feature. The details are as follows:

Dashboard catalog transactions that are integrated with the INAPROC account;

Anomalous early detection and suspicious transaction patterns;

Digital evidence-based audit process without waiting for manual reports;

Price analysis, providers, and products in one data ecosystem; as well as

The function of the early warning system is to accelerate follow-up to supervision.

Later, the government's internal supervisory apparatus (APIP) called Stranas PK can identify anomalies quickly such as price changes before "after the transaction, new products are broadcast which are directly transacted, transactions are repeated to certain providers to the speed of unreasonable package approval. So, they are no longer just firefighters.

Stranas PK together with LKPP and BPKP collaborate to develop the e-Audit feature V.6. This system is designed to make it easier for all APIPs to conduct initial studies based on electronic data. Because now the procurement is electronic, the supervision is electronic, so we use e-Audit," Aminudin concluded.
