Ahead Of The Official Release, Toyota BZ7 Began To Be Sent To The Dealer Network

JAKARTA - Scheduled to launch in the first quarter of 2026, Toyota is starting to distribute the bZ7 electric sedan to a network of dealers in China, this can be seen from several photos shared.

Quoting from the Carnewschina page, Monday, December 8, this electric sedan follows in the footsteps of bZ3X displayed at the Guangzhou Auto Show 2025, as well as continuing Toyota's strategy to develop electric vehicles focused on the local market with a wider dimension.

Embedded with the Huawei DriveONE electric motor system, bZ7 is positioned as a medium to large electric sedan, with a length of 5,130 mm, a width of 1,965 mm, a height of 1,506 mm, and a wheelbase of 3,020 mm.

From the images shared, this sedan shows a sloping roof line, a semi-hidden door handle, a frameless door, and a LiDAR unit attached to the roof as part of the car driver's hardware.

Then the front display adopts the latest Toyota closedural design theme, with a C-shaped light strip stretched at the top of the fascia and L-shaped bottom light settings combined with vertical airways.

In the interior, bZ7 continues the layout introduced on bZ3X, including floating center screen, embedded rectangular digital instrument display, and head-up display. The model runs the HarmonyOS 5.0 cockpit, which was developed with Huawei.

Interestingly, the four main seats are equipped with ventilation, heating, and massage. Details embedded in Yamaha audio, separate panoramic roofs, and refrigerated storage boxes and heating on the front middle hand are available.

Its power comes from the Huawei DriveONE electric motor system with a maximum power of 207 kilowatts. Battery capacities of 71.35 kWh and 88.13 kWh will be offered, equivalent to CLTC coverage of 600 kilometers and 680, 700, or 710 kilometers, respectively.
