Bogor Safari Park Introduces Color Competition, Nokturnal Animal Education Center

BOGOR - Taman Safari Indonesia (TSI) Cisarua, Bogor Regency, West Java, launched a Rimba Warna night ride designed to introduce the behavior of nokturnal animals through the thematic safari experience that combines education, light installation, and special performances for visitors.

General Manager of TSI Bogor Sere Nababan, Sunday, December 7, said that Rimba Warna is a conservation-based tourism innovation that wants to provide educational but entertaining experiences.

Rimba Warna is not just a night entertainment program. This is an innovation that combines natural beauty, education about nokturnal animals, and the thematic entertainment that we pack in one unforgettable experience," said Sere.

As a series of night safaris, the travel route is arranged with millions of colorful LED lights that present a panoramic artistic lighting. This concept allows visitors to explore the jungle area at night with a modern light installation setting that creates a magical atmosphere.

Rimba Warna's launch is also filled with a number of thematic shows, including Finding Santa, which is a series of storytellings enriched by the emergence of exotic animals at night. This show opens with a festive welcoming session before continuing with the appearance of thematic character and interaction with visitors.

In the year-end celebration period which took place December 25' 31, TSI Bogor also presented a Santa Tour that toured using a special train to distribute gifts to children. In addition, there are Santa Girls, flashmob, and night closings in the form of Spectar Fire Dance.

Visitors can also participate in various educational activities, such as the Education Panel with barriers, Fossil Digging Zone, to Egg Hunt which are designed to be family-friendly. Two areas of Christmas and New Year-themed crafts are also prepared to add to the children's interactive experiences.

To support tourist convenience, TSI Bogor has prepared a culinary area with the theme of celebrations, including the Christmas & New Year Dinner Buffet and various food stalls that provide dishes for the whole family throughout the event.

Sere added that Rimba Warna is also an effort to expand public understanding of nocturnal animals and the importance of habitat conservation. With a visual and thematic approach, he hopes that conservation education can be conveyed more effectively to visitors from various ages.
