Charity Concert Ramadan Night In Aceh Ends Criminal, Café Owner Until Responsible So Suspect, How Can?

ACEH - Banda Aceh City Resort Police has named two suspects for holding a charity concert at one of the cafes in Peunayong, Banda Aceh.

The first suspect is a café collector and concert-goer. "For the case has been determined two suspects, namely the owner of the café with the initials GB and the person in charge of the concert activities with the initials MF," explained Kasat Reskrim Banda Aceh Police AKP M Ryan Citra Yudha in Banda Aceh reported antara, Tuesday, May 25.

Prior to the upgrade, police had examined 18 people as witnesses. Both, continued M Ryan, allegedly violated health protocol (Prokes).

A joint team of police personnel, Satpol PP, and Wilayatul Hisbah (WH) Banda Aceh has sealed the café because it has facilitated the implementation of concerts on the eve of Ramadan.

Ryan said the case file has been handed over to the Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the Banda Aceh State Prosecutor's Office (Kejari) for the first phase.

Both suspects were not arrested because of sentences of under five years. But only one year, other than that they are cooperative.

"They are ensnared in article 14 paragraph 1 and 2 of Law No. 4 of 1984 on Disease Outbreaks and article 93 of Law No. 6 of 2018 on Health Quarantine with the threat of one year in prison," ryan said.

As for the possibility of another suspect, police are still waiting for what the developments of the JPU instructions will look like, he said.
