SEMARANG - Semarang Police Academy held the Tradition of Knowing the Cadets and Officers of Police Academy Students (AKPOL) which was held in the courtyard of the Semarang City Hall on Sunday (7/12) morning. This activity is an official agenda organized by the Police Academy based on provisions in the AKPOL Cadet Corps Traditional Book and the National Police Education and Training Institute Regulation regarding the lives of students.
The event was attended by the Forkopimda ranks, as well as hundreds of invited guests. This tradition was held to welcome the 60th Army Akpol Taruna, Taruna Level II Force 59, and release the Class 57 Student Officer and SIPSS Wave II Student FY 2025 which will soon enter service in various parts of Indonesia.
In his remarks, Agustina said that Semarang City had become the second home for cadets and student officers during his education period. This is a very touching tradition. For four years the cadets have been our children, living and growing in this city. Today we released them towards greater responsibility in the real world of service," said the mayor.
The mayor also gave a special message to 348 Level I cadets who started their education and 249 Student Officers of the 57th Force who will be on duty.
"To the Cadets of Level I, welcome to the second house. The period of education is not easy, but this is a process that forms integrity, discipline, and empathy as potential protectors of the community," he said.
"For Student Officers of the 57th Force, we are proud and pray for your steps. Be an officer who sees the community not as an object of security, but as a brother who must be protected,"
