The trains operated during this period remained the same, namely the Bukit Serelo Train (Kertapati Lubuk Linggau PP), Rajabasa Express Train (Kertapati Tanjungkarang PP), and the Sindang Marga commercial train (KertapatiLubuk Linggau PP). So far, the date with the highest order is December 24, 2025 with 2,390 tickets sold or 80 percent capacity, followed December 28 with 2,368 tickets or 79 percent.
According to Aida, tickets for the economic class for Bukit Serelo Train and Rajabasa Express Train have even been sold out until December 31, 2025.
To anticipate the surge in travel, starting December 1, 2025, KAI added three series of carriages for the Rajabasa train with an additional total of 848 seats per day. From the addition of a total of 15,264 seats, 13,792 tickets have been booked. Even so, there are still several dates where seats are still available.
In addition, ticket purchases for the Nataru holiday period can be done 45 days before departure, namely since November 3, 2025. This policy is implemented so that people can arrange their travel schedule more carefully.
Aida reminded prospective passengers to be thorough in filling in ticket booking data, especially regarding the date of departure, travel destination, and identity such as name and NIK according to official documents.

If there is a difference in identity data, the boarding system will not validate ticket validity so that passengers can fail to travel.
"It aims to provide comfort for passengers because if according to the identity it will be registered officially in the passenger manifest list for easy insurance management requirements if things happen out of control," Aida said.
He also appealed to customers to plan trips as early as possible so that the holiday trip runs smoothly.
"We appeal to train users to plan the best possible trip so that this year's Nataru holiday is an exciting and memorable holiday," Aida said.
