Zulhas' 'Fake' Action In The Midst Of Disasters Defended, PAN: That Attitude Is Pure From His Heart
JAKARTA - Deputy Chairperson of PAN, Viva Yoga Mauladi considers it natural that the actions of the Coordinating Minister for Food and Chairman of PAN, Zulkifli Hasan or Zulhas, who participated in carrying sack rice when providing logistical assistance at the Sumatran disaster site were referred to as imaging. Because according to him, public officials cannot avoid various kinds of criticism.
"As a public official, Bang Zulhas certainly cannot be separated from criticism, both about policies and about attitudes and behavior. That's a natural thing," said Viva Yoga, Saturday, December 6.
However, Viva ensured that Zulhas' attitude was not fabricated and pure from the bottom of his heart wanting to empathize and help residents affected by the disaster. He also said that Zulhas was relaxed to hear public criticism that called his actions an image.

"Bang Zul responded casually. (Because) Bang Zul lifted a sack or helped clean the house from mud, not for imaging. But that's Bang Zul who is easily moved if he sees suffering and always has blind empathy. The human side is more dominant," explained Viva.
"There is no fake in his attitude. It is purely from his heart," continued the Deputy Minister of Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia.
In fact, Viva testified that Zulhas' nature had never changed. According to him, since PAN was established, Zulhas, who had served as Chairman of the MPR, always wanted to help people who were in trouble.
"Since PAN was founded in 1998, Bang Zul's attitude has never changed to always be light in helping and helping people," said Viva Yoga.
Although called imaging, said Viva, Zulhas still received input from the public. He also emphasized that Zulhas continues to work seriously in the government to serve the community.
"But there are those who think that with Bang Zul lifting the sacks it is considered not good. For that assessment, Bang Zul expressed his gratitude for his criticism and suggestions," said Viva.
"But Bang Zul will continue to work seriously for the progress of society, nation and state, regardless of the value given by the community," he concluded.
