Wuling Darion EV, Electric MPV Ready To Change Family Car Standards

JAKARTA - Wuling Motors officially released the Darion EV in early November 2025, marking their new move on the electric MPV market after its global debut caught the eye at GIIAS 2025. The Wuling Darion EV is a pure electric car with a capacity of 7 seats which was launched with the PHEV variant (Plug-in Hybrid). It should be noted that the name Darion itself is taken from the phrase "From Indonesia" which confirms that local identity is getting stronger.

This model is produced at the Wuling Cikarang Factory with a domestic content level of 42.5 percent, making it one of the most ready local electricity MPVs to compete in the national market. No wonder, Darion will also be exported in the future.
