PTPP Officially Signs Three Big State Institutional Projects At IKN
JAKARTA - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), a national construction and investment company under the auspices of Danantara Indonesia, further emphasized its role as the main motor for the development of the capital city of the archipelago (IKN).
Located at the Office of the Coordinating Ministry for 4 IKN, PTPP officially signed three major state institutional project contracts which will become an important foundation for accelerating the transfer of the center of Indonesian government.
The contract signing ceremony was attended by the Head of the IKN Authority, Basuki Hadimuljono, the President Director of PTPP, Novel Arsyad, and the Director of Operations for the PTPP Building, Yuyus Juarsa, along with a number of representatives of the national construction service provider consortium.
The three projects include the Construction of the IKN Authority Supporting Office, Buildings and Plenary Session Areas, as well as the DPD RI Building Area. The signing of this contract marks the acquisition of three new PTPP work packages in the building and institutional sectors of IKN, all funded through the DIPA 2025 2027 APBN.
Through the JAKON KSO PP's consortium, PTPP officially started the construction of supporting facilities for the IKN Authority. This project is designed to strengthen the capacity of OIKN governance and provide representative facilities for public services in the core area.
Through the PP-ADHI KSO consortium, PTPP started the construction of one of the main architecture icons of IKN that carries the concept of Smart Building and Green Building with Green Building Certification (BGH), as well as implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM).
The main building covering an area of 47,797 m2 is designed with a modern architecture characterizing the identity of the archipelago, including court areas, fractional spaces, supporting facilities, as well as arrangement of geotechnical areas and cut & fill work. PTPP plays a central role in structural, architectural, MEP, and regional infrastructure integration work.
In the project that was carried out through the ADHI'PP Consortium Penta Rekayasa, PTPP held the largest portion of work, namely 48.5%, making it the main partner in the construction of the institutional building of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPD RI). This project includes the construction of the main building of the DPD RI, supporting areas, green landscapes and sustainable regional infrastructure.
PTPP also ensures that the implementation of national identity security, functionality and representation standards in the design and construction is in line with the vision of IKN as a green and intelligent city.
PTPP's Corporate Secretary, Joko Raharjo, emphasized that all IKN projects carried out by PTPP adopted a milestone-based payment mechanism, 15 percent down payment, and 5 percent retention, as well as implementing layered quality supervision, design integration (Design & Build), and the use of modern construction technology.
In addition, the company's involvement in these three state institutional projects is a real commitment to supporting the government's Asta Cita, especially in realizing effective and modern governance, and strengthening the development of smart, green, and sustainable national infrastructure.

With the start of the construction of these three state institutional facilities, PTPP has confirmed its position as a leading national contractor and a key player in the development of IKN. The presence of PTPP in these strategic projects strengthens the company's contribution to accelerating the transfer of government centers to East Kalimantan, as well as bringing economic and social impacts to the surrounding community.
