Officially Divorced With Jule, Na Daehoon Gets Child Custody Completely

JAKARTA The divorce process for influencers from South Korea, Na Daehoon with Julia Prastini alias Jule has finally been completed.

The South Jakarta Religious Court has officially granted the divorce suit filed by Daehoon against his wife.

This assurance was conveyed directly by Na Daehoon's attorney, Rio Effendi. He confirmed that the court's decision had been issued on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

"The verdict has been issued since Wednesday, December 3, 2025. (The panel of judges) has granted the applicant's request on verstek," said Rio Effendi via text message, Friday, December 5.

This verstek decision indicates that the decision was taken by the panel of judges without the presence of the defendant (wife) at trial.

In the decision, the South Jakarta Religious Court gave permission to Na Daehoon as the Petitioner to bring down the One Raj'i Talak to the Respondent.

In addition to granting the divorce application, the important point in the decision is regarding child custody (hadhanah).

The panel of judges determined that custody of their three children fell completely into Na Daehoon's hands.

"Determining the Children of Petitioners and Respondents in the Petitioner's Custody (Hadhanah) until the children are independent or mature (21 years old) or married," explained Rio Effendi quoting the contents of the verdict.

Even though custody fell to his father, the court still required Na Daehoon to give his ex-wife access to meet their children.

In his decision, the judge determined that the Petitioner was obliged to give the Respondent access to meet and pour out his love as a mother to their three children.
