Na Daehoon Pockets Written Agreement, Steady Asking For Custody Of His Three Children

JAKARTA - In addition to the divorce application, Na Daehoon firmly requested that the custody of his three underage children fall into his hands.

This request attracted quite attention, considering that according to the law, minors are usually cared for by their mothers. However, Na Daehoon has a strong legal basis for his request.

His attorney, Rio Rahmat Effendi, revealed that there had been a written agreement between Na Daehoon and Julia Prastini.

"There has been a written agreement between the applicant and the respondent giving custody to the applicant," Rio explained at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Tuesday, December 2.

This agreement letter is one of the main evidences put forward at trial. This shows that their divorce is actually going well and on the basis of a mutual agreement.

When asked further about the reason Daehoon wanted to raise his children, the attorney gave a diplomatic answer. He submitted the assessment to the public.

"Friends of the media already know for themselves, children are closer to whom, more comfortable with whom," he said.

"The public can judge for themselves how and how," he continued.

Despite asking for full custody, Na Daehoon emphasized that he would not limit Julia's access to meet his children. He is still given the freedom to give love whenever he wants.

"(Daehoon) continues to provide access to the respondent to be able to visit at any time, without any conditions," said Rio.
