East Koltim Regent Abd Azis Et Al Completed Investigated By KPK, Trial Immediately Held

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has completed the investigation of four suspects for the alleged bribery of the RSUD construction project in East Kolaka (Koltim) today.

The inactive regent of East Kolaka Abd Azis and three other people will soon undergo trial.

"Phase II was carried out in the case of alleged bribery for the RSUD Development project in East Kolaka for four suspects," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters in a written statement, Friday, December 5.

Apart from Abd Azis, three people whose files were declared complete were PIC of the Ministry of Health for the Development of the Andi Lukman Hakim Hospital, Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of the East Kolaka Regional Hospital Development Project Ageng Dermanto, representatives of PT Pilar Pintar Putra (PCP) Deddy Karnady, and KSO PT PCP Arif Rahman.

As for these four people, called Budi, the files have been transferred to the prosecutor.

"Furthermore, an indictment will be prepared and will be transferred to the district court for trial," he said.

While the other suspects are still in the investigation stage. They are Hendrik Permana as ASN at the Ministry of Health and Aswin Gricksa as private party or President Director of PT Griksa Cipta.

The KPK has named East Kolaka Regent Abdul Azis as a suspect in the alleged bribery of the construction of a regional public hospital (RSUD) along with four other people. This determination is a follow-up to the hand arrest operation (OTT) on Thursday, August 7, 2025.

Abdul Azis allegedly asked for a project fee of 8 percent or Rp9 billion from the construction of the East Kolaka Hospital, which amounted to Rp126.3 billion.

Then four suspects were also named, namely PIC of the Ministry of Health for the Development of the Andi Lukman Hakim Hospital, Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of the East Kolaka Regional Hospital Development Project Ageng Dermanto, representatives of PT Pilar Pintar Putra (PCP) Deddy Karnady, and KSO of PT PCP Arif Rahman.

Deddy Karnady and Arif Rahman as bribe givers are suspected of violating Article 5 Paragraph (1) Letter a or b or Article 13 of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor) in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph 1 1 of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, Abdul Azis, Ageng Dermanto, and Andi Lukman as bribe recipients were suspected of violating Article 12 Letter a or b or Article 11 and Article 12 B of the Anti-Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
