Picked Up By Police, Lawyer Denies Lisa Mariana Detained For Pornography Video Case
JAKARTA - Lisa Mariana's attorney, Johnboy Nababan, explained that the forced pick-up carried out on Lisa yesterday was just a procedure to ask for information. After the examination process was complete, Lisa was allowed to go home and not languish behind bars.
"Not detained. Just being questioned," said Johnboy when confirmed by the media crew, Thursday, December 5.
Lisa herself began to be examined in the afternoon and only finished when the sun almost rose the next day.
"At 3 pm, it was finished at 5 am," said Johnboy.
During this period of approximately 14 hours, Lisa was asked dozens of questions by investigators. This is done to dig up information and clarify various matters related to the case that is currently ensnaring him.
"37 questions," said Johnboy
Furthermore, Johnboy explained the reason why investigators did not detain his client. According to him, the current evidence is considered not strong enough or still requires a more in-depth verification legally.
"Because the evidence still needs to be tested," said the lawyer.
