Meta Presents Meta AI-Based 24-7 Account Support Center
JAKARTA - Meta announced several major updates, designed to improve security and account support access on Facebook and Instagram.
The first update, Meta said that it can access account support 24/7 more easily through new support hubs that are already available globally on iOS and Android devices.
Inside the support center, you will be able to report account problems, find quick answers with Meta AI-based search help, and much more.
In addition, Meta is also starting to test AI-based support assistants globally, which offer instant and personal assistance, ranging from account recovery, security settings, to profile management.
Meanwhile, updating the account recovery system on AI-supported Facebook and Instagram will also make it easier for users to get help to access accounts more quickly.
You will see the recovery option at the right time, complete with a better SMS notification and email related to risky activity. The system is now smarter at recognizing trusted devices and commonly used locations.
Account recovery also has a new adaptive flow, with clearer guidance and additional verification methods such as selfie videos.
