4 Years Renovated, Wayne Rooney's Luxury Home Worth £20 Million Ready To Be Occupied
JAKARTA - Wayne Rooney and his wife Coleen have finally moved into their luxury home in Cheshire. Previously, the £20 million (IDR 406.4 billion) mansion was renovated over four years.
The Derby County manager's new mansion consists of six bedrooms, a six-car garage, citrus plants, and two artificial fishing lakes.
Not only that. Rooney has also added a television room, bar, wine shop, snooker room, cinema, gym, hot tub, swimming pool, plunge pool, and steam room to the mansion they bought for £4 million (IDR 81.2 billion) in 2017.
Set on a 40-acre plot of land, the mansion of course features a football pitch for their sons Kai, Klay, Kit, and Cass.
Wayne and Coleen initially hoped to move into their dream home in January 2020, but the project had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, the wait was finally over and the £20 million mansions were ready to be occupied. They're preparing to move later this month.
Wayne and Coleen Rooney will move to a magnificent new venue once their holiday in Scotland is over.
