West Java Police Forcedly Pick Up Lisa Mariana Suspect In Porn Video Case
The West Java Regional Police forcibly picked up celebrity Lisa Mariana for questioning regarding an immoral video case that allegedly involved her as a female actor.
Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Hendra Rochmawan, said the move was taken after Lisa had been absent several times from the investigator's summons.
The second summons was accompanied by forced attempts. Yes, just check. We have arrested Lisa, we have brought her here, are being investigated," said Hendra as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, December 4.
Hendra explained that Lisa had been named a suspect in the case. The status of the suspect was determined after cyber investigators found the adequacy of the criminal element in the investigation that has been going on for some time.
"The investigation element has been fulfilled. It has been named a suspect," he said.
According to him, from the results of the case title carried out again by cyber investigators, it was concluded that the two of them were consciously recording the immoral activity.
However, the West Java Regional Police did not detain Lisa.
Hendra did not specify the reason why investigators did not detain the celebgram, but emphasized that the legal process was still ongoing.
"Indeed, no arrest was made, but the status is a suspect," he said.
Currently Lisa is still undergoing intensive examination at the West Java Police Cyber Directorate building and investigators are also investigating Lisa's information regarding the existence of other videos and the possibility of other parties involved in the case.
