The Axis Unseen Game Will Be Released For PS5 On December 4
JAKARTA - Publisher Dark Product and developer Just Purkey Games announced it will release its newest open world game, The Axis Unseen for PlayStation 5 on December 4. The Series Xbox version is also planned, but there is no exact date yet.
The Axis Unseen was first launched for PC via the Steam and Epic Games Store on October 22, 2024, which was developed solo by Nate Purkeypile, a former employee of Studio Game Bethesda.
The Axis Unseen is an open world heavy metal horror game that places you as a monster hunter of various folklores. Here, you can enhance your senses, use elementary arrows, and follow in the footsteps and smells of monsters while unraveling the mysteries of the world left by previous hunters.
The game also offers an immersive experience with UI fully integrated in the world of play ranging from health marker tattoos to bows that show energy and sound.
"The Axis Unseen focuses on immersion and exploration. Almost all UIs appear on your bows and hands. The creatures track you through vision, sound, and smell, and each of them has unique weaknesses," he wrote.

Clifford Meyer's dynamic metal music will also add to its unique atmosphere, while a safe area called The Lodge provides a place to view 3D maps, access equipment, and do fast travel without menus.
There will be a safe area of all the monsters, powers, magic, equipment, and parts of the map found to open statues and a 3D version of the map to help you navigate the world.
"Give me what happened to the hunters before you and what secrets they find through their journals and pictures. Where did this world come from? How to prevent these creatures from escaping into your world?" he explained.
