Marvel's New Generation Revealed In Eternals Movie Teaser
JAKARTA - Teaser of Marvel's new film Eternals was released on Monday. With a short duration, 10 new superheroes are featured in the video.
They are Ajak (Salma Hayek), Sersi (Gemma Chan), Thena (Angelina Jolie), Ikaris (Richard Madden), Kingo (Kumail Nanjiani), Phastos (Bian Tyree Henry), Druig (Berry Keoghan), Gilgamesh (Ma Dong-Seok), Makkari (Lauren Ridloff), and Sprite (Lia McHugh).
Adapting the comic of the same name, Eternals follows the journey of a group of superheroes who built human civilization thousands of years ago.
The film presents a number of novelty in the Marvel Cinematic Universe including superheroes of different races. Being one of the first parts of the fourth phase of the MCU, Eternals features events after Avengers: Endgame.
In the teaser, they talk about who will replace the Avengers. "I can lead them," Ikaris said.
Eternals is highly anticipated by fans, not only for its casting but also for its portraying of Chloe Zhao, the best director Oscar for Nomadland.
Eternals will premiere November 5 in theaters.
