The 212 Reunion Committee Proposed December 2 To Become A National Holiday
JAKARTA - Chairman of the Organizing Committee (OC) Reunion 212, Habib Muhammad bin Husein Al Atthas, proposed that December 2 be set as a national holiday.

"What about 212, this big momentum event, December 2, we propose it to be Indonesia's Ukhuwah Day. Do you agree?" asked Habib Muhammad to the 212 Reunion participants, Tuesday, December 2.
"So December 2 is a national holiday, do you agree or not? Do you think it's possible to propose?" continued Habib Muhammad, who was responded to by the 212 Reunion crowd.
Habib Muhammad emphasized that the national holiday on December 2 will allow people from various regions to gather to commemorate the 212 Reunion every year.
"So December 2 is off. God willing, every day it falls Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, it's still a national holiday, we can still gather at Monas. Agree?" he continued.
