Prosecutor's Office Investigates NTB DPRD Gratification Case, A Total Of 32 Legislators Have Been Examined Since Yesterday
The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) summoned around 32 members of the NTB DPRD in the investigation into the alleged gratification case which has named three members of the legislature as suspects.
"So, this (investigation agency) is to complete the files of three suspects," said Assistant for Special Crimes at the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Muh. Zulkifli Said in Mataram, Tuesday, was confiscated by Antara.
The dozens of members of the NTB DPRD were summoned for the marathon examination agenda which has been taking place since Monday, December 1.
For Monday December 1, investigators summoned 16 members of the NTB DPRD. Likewise with the activities this Tuesday there were 16 people.
Regarding the identity of dozens of council members who were summoned, Zulkifli did not explain in full. However, he confirmed that the presence of the members of the council starting Monday, December 1, to the NTB Prosecutor's Office was a follow-up to summoning investigators.
He also did not deny that of the dozens who were called, some of them were unable to attend.
"What is clear is that they were summoned to provide additional information for the three suspects," he said.

The three suspects in this case are members of the NTB DPRD. They are Indra Jaya Usman alias IJU from the Democratic Party, Hamdan Kasim alias HK from the Golkar Party, and Muhammad Nashib Ikroman alias MNI from the Perindo Party.
From the determination, investigators have detained the three suspects at the West Lombok Prison and one of them at the Praya Detention Center.
The three suspects on Monday, December 1, were also observed undergoing examination by prosecutor investigators. They were present with the assistance of their attorneys and ended the examination at around 17.00 WITA.
