PADANG, WEST SUMATRA - President Prabowo Subianto emphasized the government's commitment to help rebuild houses damaged by the disaster.

The promise was made directly in front of the people of Padang Pariaman and was greeted with hopeful cheers from the residents, Monday, December 1.

President Prabowo explained that aid continued to arrive and weather conditions began to improve. Although some districts are still unable to be penetrated by land, President Prabowo ensures that aid is still sent by air.

To the families of the victims, President Prabowo expressed his deep sorrow. President Prabowo also emphasized that the state will not allow people to face difficult times alone.
