The Corruption Case Acquisition Of PT Jembatan Nusantara By ASDP Called KPK Begins With Community Reports
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said that the corruption in business cooperation (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) were conveyed by the public. The reporter at that time conveyed indications of alleged corruption in the corporate action.
This was conveyed by the Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu explaining the beginning of the case that ensnared the former ASDP President Director Ira Puspadewi.
"So, nothing, I also never mentioned which organization reported it, who, never," Asep told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday night, December 1.
Asep said the reporter then brought the analysis report from BPKP. This institution did provide assistance during the KSU process and the acquisition was carried out by ASDP against PT Jembatan Nusantara.
"What I said was the results of the audit, yes, copies and others were reported, that's why we got it from the reporter," he said.
"Reported here that this, "sir, based on the audit results that there are allegations of corruption in ASDP related to the acquisition of PT JN," continued Asep, who also serves as Director of KPK Investigations.

Even so, Asep could not reveal who the reporter was in accordance with applicable regulations. "And you can see my friends here again, look back at us or I personally never mentioned which organizations, ministries, institutions that report or people, positions, anyone else. Never," he said.
"So the results of the audit were brought by the complainant to the KPK and then reported," explained Asep.
Previously reported, the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) denied that there was an auditor who submitted reports of alleged corruption to the KPK regarding business cooperation (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). However, BPKP spokesman Gunawan Wibisono agreed that his institution had conducted a review or review of the corporate action.
"That we have never submitted a report on the alleged corruption in the acquisition of PT JN by ASDP to the KPK," Gunawan told reporters in a written statement quoted on Saturday, November 29.
"BPKP as an internal auditor of the government has reviewed ASDP's corporate actions in the acquisition of PT JN in 2021. The results of the review have been submitted to ASDP as an entity that asks for review from BPKP in 2022 as material for improving or strengthening Governance, Risk and Control (GRC) in the acquisition process," he continued.
Furthermore, BPKP agrees that the KPK has asked for a calculation of state losses due to alleged KSU corruption and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by ASDP. However, in the end, the KPK calculated state financial losses using an internal forensic accounting team," said Gunawan without explaining the reason.
As for now, Ira Puspadewi as former President Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry with former Director of Planning and Development of PT ASDP, Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono and former Commercial and Service Director of PT ASDP, Muhammad Yusuf Hadi has been breathing free air. They left the KPK Detention Center since Friday, November 28.
They strolled after receiving rehabilitation from President Prabowo Subianto. The decision was conveyed by Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Sufmi Dasco Ahmad in a press statement with Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya at the Presidential office, Jakarta, Tuesday, November 25.
"From the results of communication with the government, thank God there are today, the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Prabowo Subianto has signed a letter of rehabilitation for the three names," Dasco said through a press conference.
