Lucas Paqueta It Seems That He Will Continue To Fight With The FA After The Red Card At The West Ham Vs Liverpool Match
JAKARTA - Lucas Paqueta said his red card against West Ham United against Liverpool reflects the ridiculous two years he has to go through.
He accused the English Football Association (FA) of not supporting its expression because it was always associated with the match-fixing case.
Paqueta was acquitted of four charges of match-fixing by the FA earlier this year after a lengthy investigation. The investigation was carried out after he allegedly received four yellow cards in a Premier League match between November 2022 and August 2023.
On Sunday, November 30, 2025, Paqueta received two consecutive yellow cards for strong protests by referee Darren England when his team lost 0-2.
Former West Ham goalkeeper Rob Green said the red card was completely irresponsible.
Paqueta then expressed his opinion on social media after the match, citing a snippet of a red card and uploaded it on X.
