Sad News Again, Marshanda's Father Dies

JAKARTA - Sad news came again from artist Marshanda. The father, Irwan Yusuf, was declared dead on Saturday, November 29, 2025.

This news was conveyed directly by Marshanda through his Instagram Story on the same day.

Sad news, Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un. Has passed away to merahullah: Mr. Irwan Yusuf, son of the late Rustam & Almarhumah Sofie Yusuf and father of Andriani Marshanda and his younger siblings on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 15.00 WIB," reads the writing shared.

"Please open the door of forgiveness profusely and we ask for prayers from you / ladies / gentlemen for the deceased so that his departure is khusnul khatimah. May Allah SWT forgive all his sins, accept all his deeds of worship, and place him in His most noble heaven," he continued.

Marshanda himself did not explain the cause of his father's death.

In 2019, Marshanda once told about his health condition where he had bipolar. Not only himself, the father also experienced the same condition.

The father then underwent intensive care at a special hospital since 2022.
