Rudy Tanoesoedibjo Suspect Of Corruption In The Distribution Of Rice Social Assistance Mangkir From The KPK Call
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said that the President Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik, Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo, or Rudy Tanoe was absent from the summons on Friday, November 28.
The entrepreneur, who is a suspect, should be examined as a witness to allegations of corruption in the distribution of rice social assistance (bansos) for Beneficiary Families (KPM) in the Family Hope Program (PKH) for Fiscal Year 2020. KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said there was no confirmation submitted by Rudy.
"The person concerned was not present at the inspection schedule. Until now we have not received confirmation," Budi told reporters quoted on Saturday, November 29.
"There has been no confirmation from (the party, red) legal counsel," he continued.
As for this case, the KPK has intensely examined a number of witnesses. Examinations include exploring the practice of distributing social assistance in the field, whether it is appropriate or not with the work contract.
Previously reported, the KPK is again investigating allegations of corruption at the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos). An investigation warrant (sprindik) has been issued and the case relates to the strengthening of social assistance (bansos).

The investigation was carried out since August this year and the development of the alleged corruption that was previously handled.
Three people have been named as suspects in this case, they are B. Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo as President Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik; Edy Suharto as former Director General of Social Empowerment of the Ministry of Social Affairs and now serves as expert staff of the Minister of Social Affairs for Change and Social Dynamics and Kanisius Jerry Tengker who is the President Director of PT Dosni Roha Logistics for 2020-2022.
Then, the KPK also named two corporate suspects, namely PT Dosni Roha Indonesia and PT Dosni Roha Logistics. However, the official announcement of the suspects has not yet been made.
