Raisa's Mother Dies, This Is A Pain Suffered

JAKARTA - Sad news came from Raisa's family. The mother, Ria Mariaty, died on Saturday morning, November 29, 2025, at the Dharmais Cancer Hospital, Jakarta.

The news was conveyed by Raisa's sister, Rinaldi Nurpratama, on her Instagram Stories. Raisa posted the upload on her personal Instagram.

"With full condolences, our extended family conveys that Ria Maria Mariaty Binti Rachmat Ardiwinangoen's mother/late has passed away to Rahmatullah," reads the description of the upload.

Before he died, Raisa's mother was known to be battling lung cancer stage 4. He was diagnosed by the medical team with the disease since December 2024.

The illness suffered by her mother was shared by Raisa's sister on her Instagram in March 2025. It was stated that the cancer she suffered from had spread to several parts of her bones.

"In December 2024, we were shocked by the shocking news. Our mother was diagnosed with lung cancer and the cancer has spread to parts of her bones," wrote Rinaldi.

The disease causes a significant decrease in his health condition. However, Raisa's mother had improved after undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment.

Raisa's family also celebrated her mother's 65th birthday in July 2025. At that time, Rinaldi said that her mother was able to walk again and was enthusiastic about undergoing cancer treatment.

However, in September 2025, Rinaldi shared the news that his mother had to return to undergoing treatment at the Dharmais Hospital. The mother again underwent a series of treatment and treatment, until she was finally reported to have died on November 29, 2025.
