Misri Files For The Murder Of Brigadier Nurhadi Immediately Transferred To Prosecution
JAKARTA - The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police are targeting the implementation of phase two or delegation of the suspect Misri Puspita Sari to the public prosecutor to be carried out in conjunction with the agenda of examining witnesses at the trial of the murder of Brigadier Muhammad Nurhadi at the Mataram District Court.
"So, we have coordinated with the public prosecutor, maybe stage two coincides with the examination of witnesses at trial," said the Director of General Criminal Investigation at the NTB Police, Kombes Syarif Hidayat, in Mataram, Friday, November 28.
For the needs of stage two, he admitted that the case file belonging to the suspect Misri had not been declared complete by the research prosecutor.
Investigators scheduled it no later than next week the case files have been transferred back to the research prosecutor.
"This week or next week we will send the file back," he said.
He admitted that this target could not be separated from the effort to determine the status of Misri's detention which was suspended by investigators. The woman from Jambi is now monitored by investigators in Banjarmasin.
"So, so as not to go back and forth, we are also targeting stage two at the same time as examining witnesses at trial," he said.
The criminal charges against Misri in this case are related to the alleged violation of Article 221 of the Criminal Code concerning "Obstruction of Justice" or a criminal act committed by the perpetrator because it is proven to obstruct a legal process.
On Monday (1/12), the court scheduled a trial for the murder of Brigadier Muhammad Nurhadi with the defendant Kompol I Made Yogi Purusa Utama and Ipda I Gde Aris Chandra Widianto, for proof.
In the agenda, the panel of judges invited the public prosecutor to present witnesses.
