Toyota And Lexus Present Free Charging Stations In Bandung
PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) officially inaugurated the Toyota Privilege Parking and Charging facility located in the Lobby Hejo area, 23 Paskal Shopping Center, Bandung. The presence of this facility is Toyota's real step in expanding the ecosystem of electrified vehicles in Indonesia.
This service can be used for free by all Toyota and Lexus electrification vehicle users, ranging from Hybrid EV, Plug-in Hybrid EV, to Battery EV. Toyota provides 9 special parking slots as well as 1 22 kW powered AC Charger Type 2 unit, complete with officers who are ready to assist the parking and charging process.
Marketing Director of PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM), Jap Ernando Demily, said this facility is an implementation of the company's big vision. And also provide a comfortable driving experience.
"Privilege parking spot and charging spot facilities at 23 Paskal Shopping Centers, ensuring users of Toyota and Lexus electrification vehicles in the Bandung area and its surroundings, get a more comfortable, easy, and worried free driving experience," explained Jap Ernando, quoted from his official statement, Friday, November 28.

Carrying the Multi Pathway Strategy approach, PT TAM presents a wide selection of electrified vehicles (xEVs) ranging from Hybrid EVs, Battery EVs, to Plug-in Hybrid EVs as part of the move towards carbon neutral society.
Not only in shopping centers, Toyota also continues to develop xEV Ecosystem through its authorized dealer and workshop network. Together with stakeholders, Toyota has installed free charging spots at 113 authorized dealers and this number will continue to grow as interest in Toyota's electrification vehicles increases.
To support inter-city mobility, Toyota is also working with PLN in presenting charging spots in a number of Trans Java Toll Rest Areas. Before attending Bandung, this privilege parking and charging service was already available in Jakarta, such as at Gandaria City Mall and Mall of Indonesia (MOI).
