Russia Receives Details Of US-Ukraine Peace Plan, Discussed Next Week
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Washington had provided details of its peace plan to Moscow, which was refined following the United States-Ukraine consultation in Geneva, Switzerland, last week.
"The key details have been submitted, and discussions will be held in Moscow next week," he said, launching TASS November 28.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday the draft outline of the peace proposal discussed by the United States and Ukraine in Geneva could be the basis of future agreements to end the conflict, but otherwise Russia will continue to struggle.
Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump's special envoy, Steve Witkoff, is expected to hold talks in Moscow next week with President Putin on the idea.
It is known that the United States and Ukraine held consultations on Washington's 28-point peace plan on November 23.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio described the meeting as "the most productive" so far since the beginning of the conflict.
