“TUMBLER TUKU-ku GONE ATAS KE-TIDAK TANGGUNG JAWAB PETUGAS PT KAI D @commuterline Jadi ceritanya gini.

Previously, news circulated that the dismissal of KAI Commuter employees was triggered by a KRL passenger post with the account name @anitadewl on Tread.

Initially, Anita revealed that her vent on social media about the loss of a tumbler and the upload went viral.

However, what made the upload widely discussed was the attitude of passengers who refused to receive compensation from security and led to the dismissal of the KAI Commuter security officer.

The passenger explained that the incident began when he used the Tanah Abang-Rangkasbitung KRL connection at 19.00 WIB. When he got on the train, he put the cooler bag in the trunk of the train.

Then, at 19.40 WIB, the passenger arrived at the destination station, namely Rawa Buntu. At that time, he realized that his luggage was left on the train and reported it to the security officer of the KAI Commuter.

"TUMBLER TUKU-KU GONE ATAS KE-IDAK TANGGUNG JAWAB PETUGAS PT KAI D @commuterline Jadi ceritanya. Disclaimer aku minta sebelumnya karena faktor lupa jadi luggak-kuat di bawatang train Hari Senin pulang kerja aku naik commuter line St Tanah Abang - Rangkas Bitung sekitar pukul 19.00. Aku turun di St Rawa Buntu sekitar pukul 19.40. Setelah turun aku terwujut cooler bag ku tetunduk di bawat kompeter line. Aku Igsg lapor petugas (uniform security), aku menjelaskan kebernyaan cooler bag-ku itu di mobil khusus wanitas wanita," tulisnya dikutip Kamis, 27 November.

Then, the security officers who were on guard immediately followed up on the report and asked for a telephone number that could be contacted. After that, the officer reported that his cooler bag had been found complete along with the contents and sent photos as evidence.

However, based on evidence of chats uploaded by passengers, the goods cannot be sent back to Rawa Buntu Station, so he has to pick them up the next day at Rangkasbitung Station.

The next day, the passenger came to Rangkasbitung Station accompanied by her husband to take the cooler bag.

"When I got there, for short I received my cooler bag. And... jeng-jeng, how come something was missing when I opened it! Tumbler Tuku is not there," he wrote.
