Mensos Risma Reveals Strange Data Named IT And THR Related To Bansos
JAKARTA - Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini presented the issue related to the data of social assistance recipients (bansos) to Commission VIII of the House of Representatives.
Mensos said the problem is based on the findings of the examination of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), the Audit Board of Finance (BPK) and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in 2020.
"I just want to complete this examination to be clear," Risma said in a working meeting at the House of Representatives building, Monday, May 24.
The former mayor of Surabaya said that a number of banks do not want to distribute social assistance to about 3 million potential recipients because there are names that are considered strange. Such as IT, NA70, to THR.
"Approximately 3 million because the bank does not want to channel. Lah wong his name is indeed IT sir, in the population data it's called IT, his name is NA70," said Risma.
In addition to the strange names, Risma mentioned there are data showing recipients born in 2043 or 2066, as well as incomplete addresses. So the bank does not want to dilute the bansos.
"So some are born in 2043, banks do not want, some are born in 2060, it's not the fault of the recipient of the pack," risma said.
Therefore, said Risma, social assistance will be distributed through PT Pos Indonesia, no longer through banks.
"Now we will take over for us to enter in (PT) Pos. Pity them, they are entitled to receive, but the name is like this sir," jelas Risma.
Known, based on the findings bpkp there are 3,877,965 data Population Number (NIK) Beneficiary Family (KPM) recipients of invalid bansos. Then there are 41,985 duplicate KPM data with the same name and NIK.
There are beneficiaries of bansos who are not eligible / not poor / unable / not vulnerable as much as 3,060 KPM in Jabodetabek, and there are KPM has moved, died without heirs / unknown / not found as many as 6,921 KPM.
Meanwhile, based on bpk's findings, there are 10,922,479 INVALID NIK data.
Another BPK finding, Cash Social Assistance (BST) worth Rp 500,000 for KPM Sembako Non Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) was distributed to 14,475 KPM who had dual NIK and 239,154 KPM who had invalid NIK. Meanwhile, based on kpk findings, 16,796,924 data were found not to be Dukcapil and DTKS updates with potential inefficients and overlaps.
Previously Mensos Risma had "put to sleep" 21 million data in DTKS which is double data and cannot be accounted for. Because of these problems, Risma consulted several times with the CPC.
"I have no intention whatsoever, because I have to have a technical consultation so that my steps are right, which I do for prevention," risma added.
