Minister Of Religion Visits Development Madrasahs Ensure The Mandate Of The Implemented President

Minister of Religion Nasaruddin Umar visited the Development Madrasah on the sidelines of the Indonesia International Seminar agenda "s Contribution to Contemporary Global Peace and Conflict Resolution" at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, to ensure that the President's mandate is carried out.

"This visit is his commitment, as mandated by Pak Prabowo, to ensure that education runs well with Garuda Schools, People's Schools, and so on," said UIN Jakarta Chancellor Asep Saepudin Jahar in; reported by ANTARA, Thursday, November 27.

Previously, there were three schools, namely Madrasah Pembangunan, Kindergarten Ketilan, and SMA Triguna Utama which have been integrated from previously managed by the foundation, now joins BLU UIN Jakarta.

According to Asep, the presence of the Minister of Religion is also to ensure that learning and teaching activities at Madrasah Pembangunan run well, ranging from the quality of teaching to the welfare of teachers.

UIN Jakarta also, said Asep, promised to present innovations and strategies in improving the quality of Development Madrasahs and improving the welfare of Development Madrasah employees and teachers.

Madrasah ini adalah warisan, dari para senior pendiri IAIN hingga menjadi UIN, dan kita harus menjaganya, melanjutkan, karena ini menjadi sebuah legacy yang akan terus dikembangkan untuk negara, bukan untuk diri, tetapi untuk negara," kata dia.

In one of the classes, the Minister of Religion took the time to have a light dialogue with the students, try the ability to memorize short students' short letters, and carry out student knowledge tests about who he is.

Previously, the Chancellor of UIN Jakarta handed over the decree to hundreds of employees of the Education Unit Business Entity who served in the Development Madrasah School, Ketilangga Kindergarten, and SMA Triguna Utama.

The handover of this decree is a follow-up to the Decree of the Minister of Religion (KMA) Number 1543 of 2025 which regulates the integration of three educational units under the foundation into the management of the UIN Jakarta Public Service Agency (BLU).

With this integration, all teachers and education staff from the three institutions are now officially under the umbrella of UIN governance Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
