NBA Results: Celtics Stop Pistons Consecutive Victory Retetan
The Boston Celtics managed to stop Detroit Pistons' streak of winning streaks when they met in the NBA's 2025-2026 season match at TD Garden, Boston, United States, on Thursday, November 27, 2025.
In these clashes Cade Cunningham performed brilliantly scoring 42 points, but had to settle for seeing Detroit's team suffer a narrow defeat of 117-114. In addition to being able to score the highest score in the match, Cunningham also added eight rebounds and five assists.
"We understand this is only one game and we also understand that we don't play our best basketball game," said JB Bickerstaff, who is Detroit's coach after the game, as reported by ESPN.
The defeat left Detroit, who currently leads the Eastern Region standings, failing to break a record 13 consecutive wins belonging to their champions in the 1989-1990 and 2003-2004 competition seasons.
