Regarding Debt Negotiations Of Badminton, Danantara Boss Wants To Finalize Proposals Before Flying To China
JAKARTA - CEO of Danantara Indonesia Rosan Roeslani said that his party is currently still in the stage of finalizing the proposal before leaving for China to negotiate the debt of the Fast Train
Along with that, Rosan also admitted that he was still communicating with the Minister of Finance, Purbaya Yudhi Sadive.
"We continue to communicate with Pak Purbaya. We sit down and are confirming that later we will go to (the) China, we have completed the proposal to China," he told reporters, Wednesday, November 26.
When asked whether negotiations would be carried out in December this year, Rosan admitted that he could not confirm it. However, he confirmed that he would send a preliminary team to start talks with the Chinese side.
"Of course we will send an advance team first to talk to the team from China that is already running. But later the gong maybe I with Pak Purbaya (will fly to China)," he said.
Previously, Danantara Chief Operation Officer (COO) Dony Oskaria said his party would send a team to China to negotiate the debt for the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail project (KCJB), known as
Dony said the team consisted of representatives of Danantara Indonesia and also the government. He revealed that he is currently arranging the right time to dispatch the team.
Furthermore, Dony said that his party was also being discussed further with the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono.
"We are setting the time. Our relationship is also good (with China), good communication and so on," he told reporters in Jakarta, Thursday, October 23.
The head of the BUMN Regulatory Agency (BP) said the discussions that would be held with the Chinese side were related to the loan period, including interest rates.

Dony said, a number of options for resolving theseqsh debts are being studied. He ensured that later the final decision taken would certainly benefit the high-speed train.
"Of course there are several options in the study. Of course there are pluses and minuses, respectively. Well, we will present all these alternatives later and which one is the best," he said.
Dony also said that it was not difficult to settle her debt. This is because PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) as the operator has a positive EBITDA.
"That's a problem that in my opinion, it's not too difficult actually, corporately because after the corporation, the company's EBITDA is positive. It's just a matter of what to do with the installments, that's all. So it's not complicated and we will definitely solve it," he said.
