SEZ Of Industropolis Batang Wins Best Industrial Estate Development Award

JAKARTA - The Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of Industropolis Batang, which is a member of Holding Danareksa, recorded brilliant achievements by winning the Best Industrial Estate Development award, one of the most prestigious international awards in the property industry, organized by the Property Guru Indonesia Property Award at The Ritz - Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place on Friday, November 21, 2025.

Property Teacher Indonesia Property Awards is the most respected and attractive award program in the property industry. This event is part of a series of Regional Property Teacher Asia Property Awards which was founded in 2005. With a professionally implemented and supervised judging system, the Asia Property Awards are a gold standard in the property world.

This award marks the quality of regional development that we continue to build together. This achievement also strengthens the position of SEZ Industropolis Batang in the regional industrial ecosystem and is an encouragement for us to continue to maintain the best performance standards.

SEZ Industropolis Batang until November 2025 has received more than 35 tenants who have signed the Industrial Land Utilization Agreement (PPTI). This area has attracted investment from various world-class industries with a total investment of IDR 22.5 trillion.

The main tenants include the Solar SEG from the United States which is engaged in renewable energy, LBM from China in the Electric Vehicle (EV) battery sector, to the Ace Medical medical industry from China. The projected labor absorption in the next 5 years will reach 58 thousand workers.

Currently, there are 8 (eight) tenants that are already operating, including KCC Glass Indonesia (South Korea), Yih Quan Footwear Indonesia (Taiwan), Indonesian Ceramic House (RKI), Wavin, Unipack Plasindo, SUG Solar, Sumber Graha Sejahtera (SGS), and Samator Indo Gas.

With this achievement, it is hoped that it can be a golden momentum for SEZ Industropolis Batang to continue to spur innovation and improve the quality of regional management. With this two-time international recognition, SEZ Industropolis Batang is fully committed to maintaining the best performance standards, realizing an efficient, sustainable, and global competitive industrial area.
