Bulungan ASN TPP In 2026 Is Safe Despite Budget Efficiency
TANJUNG CELLOR Bulungan Regency Government (Pemkab) ensures that additional Employee Income (TPP) for all State Civil Apparatus (ASN), including Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK), remains safe in the 2026 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) structure.
"God willing, the TPP is safe and not disturbed. Hopefully it will benefit all of us," said Syarwani, Tuesday, November 25.
"This is the local government's commitment to maintain the welfare of the apparatus, while ensuring that budget management is carried out efficiently and on target," he continued.
He emphasized that although he ensured that the TPP was untouched, the Bulungan Regional Government would implement efficiency measures in a number of shopping posts in 2026.
"Next year (2026) every government expenditure must return to the principles of priority and public benefit," he said.
Some forms of efficiency applied include reducing routine spending, including limiting meeting activities with excess consumption.
"Sufficient drinking water or other basic needs," he said.
Syarwani said that efficiency is also carried out through restrictions on official travel by considering priority and urgency scales, as well as delays in the procurement of several goods, such as official vehicles that are still suitable for use.
"This savings is to strengthen public spending and capital expenditures that are more directly felt by the community," he added.
The transfer of allocation from internal shopping to public spending is a step to strengthen regional development and improve service quality.
In addition, the government spending efficiency policy is referred to as a fiscal strengthening strategy so that the Bulungan Regency Government is still able to maintain the welfare of ASN as well as meet the needs of regional development priority programs.
"We will see which ones can be postponed and which should come first. In principle, efficiency is carried out without reducing services, and we encourage more budgets for the benefit of the community," he said.
