Three Ranperda Ratified, Kaltara Sets The Direction Of Economic Policy 2026

TANJUNG SELOR North Kalimantan DPRD (Kaltara) together with the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of Kaltara approved three Draft Regional Regulations (Ranperda) to become Regional Regulations (Perda) in the 38th Plenary Meeting of the First Session Period of 2025 at the Kaltara DPRD building.

The three regional budgets that were ratified were the Investment Regional Regulation, the Regional Regulation for Creative Economy Development, and the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) for the 2026 Fiscal Year. The signing was carried out by the Deputy Governor (Deputy Governor) of Kaltara, Ingkong Ala, accompanied by the leadership of the Kaltara DPRD.

Deputy Governor Ingkong Ala revealed that the Regional Regulation on Creative Economy Development was designed to strengthen the regional creative ecosystem through capital facilitation, provision of creative spaces, protection of intellectual property rights, and capacity building of business actors.

"The Regional Regulation on Investment also has a strategic role in attracting quality investment. This regulation guarantees legal certainty for investors, facilitates licensing, and encourages increased investment realization," said Deputy Governor Ingkong.

"The goal is for incoming investments to have a maximum impact on the community, especially in job creation," he continued.

He explained, related to the 2026 APBD Regional Regulation, it was prepared based on Permendagri Number 14 of 2025 and is projected to be the main instrument in encouraging regional economic growth. The government targets the 2026 APBD to be the starting point for accelerating medium-term development achievements.

"The Kaltara Regional Budget will continue to be adjusted to the dynamics and economic risks that are developing," he said.
