Broker Bansos Reveals Operator Ikhsan Yunus Has The Power To Set Quota Bansos
JAKARTA - Brokers PT Pertani (Persero) and PT Mandala Hamonangan Sude, Harry Van Sidabuke called Yogas aka Agustri Yogasmara has the "power" to arrange food packages for vendors.
The statement was delivered when presiding judge Muhammad Damis alluded to the beginning of Harry's introduction to Yogas. Yogas is the operator of The Vice Chairman of Commission VIII of the PDIP Faction, Ihsan Yunus.
"This yogas I introduced Mr. Joko who will take care of the quota pt Pertani," harry said in a hearing at the Court tipikor, Jakarta, Monday, May 24.
Hearing that answer, Damis questioned whether there was any agreement between them. Harry also appreciated the agreement on social assistance fee (bansos).
"Is there a role of Yogas in determining the quota of PT Pertani?" asked Damis.
"If PT Pertani is not. A rather larger role in PT Mandala Hamonangan Sude," replied Harry.
"How much is the fee agreement with Yogas, Rp9 thousand or Rp12,500?" asked Damis again.
"The Rp12,500 I do not agree," said Damis.
Damis alludes to the reason behind Harry's willingness to deal with Yogas. In fact, based on his description, he does not know closely with Yogas.
Harry also gave reasons to trust Yogas because it is considered to have 'strength'. Because, Harry had a problem but can be solved quickly by Yogas.
"Why finally I want to deal and commit because there was once my quota was lowered very drastically by Mr. Joko and Mr. Adi. I reported to Yogas, not long after (only) half an hour Pak Yogas came to the place of Mr. Joko and Mr. Adi, all done. From there I believe that Yogas has the ability," he said.
