Secure Supply Ahead Of Nataru, Pertamina Imports 1.4 Million KL Pertalite
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (PPN) has increased the supply of Pertalite type fuel to maintain supply security ahead of Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 (Nataru).
Pertamina Patra Niaga President Director Mars Ega Legowo Putra said, to secure supply, his party then imported Pertalite of 1.4 million kiloliters (KL).
"Of course we will increase production from the refinery and there are also several additional imports that we will bring in," said Mars Ego, quoted on Tuesday, November 25.
Mars Ega said, actually Pertalite is a product that is mostly produced domestically through Pertamina's refineries. However, Pertamina will still import to strengthen stock and boost national resilience.
He added that Pertamina wanted to increase the resilience of the subsidized fuel supply to 22 to 23 days.

"Because this is only to strengthen because Pertalite is also produced from domestic refineries, but for additional details we will also have imports because we will increase this stock at a level of more than 21 days," he explained.
Meanwhile, for the Pertamax Turbo type of fuel, Pertamina will also import while increasing production from strategic refineries.
"Pertamax Turbo has additional imports but there is also additional production from the refinery, from the Cilacap refinery and Balongan refinery," said Mars Ega.
