JAKARTA - The fire storage tank for the condensate owned by PT Pemap Global Energi (PGE) at the Perta Arun Gas (PAG) location, Blang Lancang, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh, is said to have not affected operations.

"The fire did not have an impact on other facilities around the location. The location of the fire was also far from residential areas, so it did not have an impact on the surrounding community," said PGE Agung Widyantoro Field Manager in an official statement received in Banda Aceh, Tuesday, as reported by Antara.

He explained that the fire that occurred on Tuesday, November 25, at 03.30 WIB, and reported no casualties in the incident. He said the fire brigade team immediately moved quickly to deal with the fire, and until this news was revealed the fire team was still trying to extinguish the fire.
